Playing a Windows 95/98 game on Windows 8

I have the game "Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim" that I loved to play. It is compatible with Windows 95/98. How can I get it to play on my Windows 8 laptop?

 

 

I have tried running the compatibility troubleshoot, right clicking and going into the properties of the game and choosing play compatibility with windows 95 and windows 98, running as administrator, etc. I remember being able to make it work before on another computer, but I'm not sure what I did.

 

 

I've also tried downloading the DOSBox.

 

 

Any thoughts or help?
