A2Z-Cleaner is is a scam

I was reading facebook on my computer through Google chrome when my screen froze with multiple popups that looked like a security alert form Microsoft. There was a number on the screen to call and so I did. The tech walked me through all of the unsecure websites that I had visited and showed me two crss.exe files on my computer which he said were trojan viruses. He told me that I needed a firewall and to clean my computer. He offered A2Z-cleaning for a charge.

 

Have I been scammed?
