Factory Reset Problems

I have a Lenovo laptop that operates on Windows 8. It's an older computer so I did a factory reset to speed it up. It worked for the most part, except there area a couple of problems that I can't seem to solve:

 

 

1. I'm connected to the internet, but when I try to access the Microsoft store it says I'm not connected to the internet, so I can't download games.

 

 

2. I can access websites, but certain features are blocked/not working. I can't watch videos on YouTube, and certain websites that offer online games are also not working.

 

 

I tried a few different things to help fix these issues but so far nothing has worked. I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks.
