Microstoft store says im not connected to the internet

Hi,

 

 

I have windows 8 on my laptop, and I want to upgrade it to windowd 8.1

 

When I go to the microsoft store where I can upgrade it for free, it says that I'm not connected to the internet, when I clearly am.

 

I'm signed in with my windows account, I tried clearing the store cache with WSReset.exe but it doesnt help.

 

What could I do to resolve this?
