Hi, my HP laptop running Windows 8 suddenly stopped finding available networks leaving me very confused. Since the first instance it detected networks twice, connected to the appropriate network yet was unable to access the internet.

 

 

The solution I am needing is to make my laptop detect networks, connect to the appropriate network and access the internet via this connection.

 

 

My laptop is currently without internet so I have been cautious to make changes concerning network adaptor drivers as I won't be able to scan for new drivers or download any.

 

 

Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated! This is causing multiple problems for myself at this stage.

 

 

Edit: it sometimes detects networks and connects to the appropriate WiFi yet drops the connection within minutes and then is unable to detect networks again. It seems to be a cycle.
