Today I saw my friend (Apple user) were searching about school lesson in his apple macbook. for example, when he type "vitamin A", then the search result will show her lot of pdf/word/ppt files in the folder where she search it, which contain "vitamin A" . when she double click it, it show which page/slides got "vitamin A" word.

my question, do we have simmilar feature in Windows?

If so, what's that method name? And how do we enable or made use of it?
