My Headset randomly disconnects and doesn't connect again

I have two headsets, one I bought earlier and one I bought now. So I have problems with them:

 

1. Only my first device connects automatically.

 

2. My mic works well in the first one but in the second one it works in the beginning but randomly stops

 

3. They both automatically disconnect whenever I try to join my online class on Teams.

 

4. I cannot hear anything on youtube with the first one but can with the second one.

 

5. They work perfectly on other devices but not on this one.

 

6. My drivers are updated.

 

 

Device1: pTron bassbud lite

 

Device2: Reconnect Metal Head (Reconnect dbth302)
