I can't access my cpu and ram details in command prompt through winsat command in windows 8 64 bit sony VAIO svf15212snb.

I can't even get the ram speed, manufacturer name, serial number etc through the corresponding command. The winsat command returns ram type as 0 as against my ram DDR3!!!

However, such details were all available in cpu z.

I have reinstalled the Windows and update all necessary drivers. However, still same issues.

Kindly, please help me.4327adf8-80e5-43be-8e03-746b6817d482uploadtrue.thumb.jpg.8f0a52edaf43b3eca546beb08fe18f44.jpg
