What is "error 0x800F020B" & how do I correct it?

I am running Windows 8.0

 

Got notified I had an important update waiting TODAY, Feb. 12, 2021. I thought support for win8 was ended already.

 

I open the control panel & go to windows updates & there is an update waiting there,

 

 

SO, I try installing it, it downloads fully, then starts to install & this comes up:

 

 

I click on "Get help with this error" & get THIS worthless window:

 

 

 

I try everything & get NO help that makes any sense & nothing for Windows 8.0. Mostly garbage for Win 10, but not this error #.

 

 

Anyone feel like tackling this question?
