Getting error code 80072efe. Contacted Microsoft. No luck in getting issue resolved. Has not updated to windows 8.1. Computer is a dell inspirion 3250. From 2012 last software update was done in 2013. Wanting to update computer to latest software revision however can not get any updates installed. Any one know of a fix for this.
