My laptop inspiron 3521 model is running on windows 8 for many years and recently is encountering a problem recently DPC_watchdog_violation for many times. . I had installed a new Toshiba HDD on 2017. A technician tried to fix this issue but failed. I require your assistance in solving this issue soon.
