Stuck on guest login screen with unknown expired password.

Ughhhh. Yes unfortunately as it states I'm the admin on the computer and my girlfriend uses the guest account. Now it's stuck on the guest login screen with her unknown and expired password. I don't care about the guest account. I'm just trying to back myself up to the previous page where I can choose the admin account or my main account. There's no buttons or back arrows. All I'm seeing is the following

Your password has expired and must be changed.

 

 

Ok. Cancel.

 

 

 

 

 

If I click ok I have to have the old password to make a new one (I don't know it) it also doesn't have a hint option either. If I click cancel it just flashes the current screen as though it just refreshes the guest login screen.

 

 

Lastly, the computer had windows 8 on it new, its an asus q551l notebook pc. It's possible I updated it to windows 10 but I'm not completely sure here so I'm not sure which version we are working with.

 

 

 

Please someone give me a trick back up key, thanks so much in advance for any help.
