My PC won't boot

Computer goes thru all the checking until I end up here:

 

CHOOSE AN OPTION: 1) exit and conmtinue to Windows Server 2012 R2 2) Troubleshoot [ refresh or reset PC or use advanced tools and 3) Turn off

 

I figure #2 is the only option to use but not sure what dos commands to use to get a correct bootup
