Hello,

I can connect my laptop and desktop via Bluetooth with regard to sound, and the desktop can send files to the laptop. The problem is that I cannot send files to the desktop from the laptop. Running hardware troubleshooting reveals some Bluetooth sound problems that cannot be corrected by the Troubleshooter. In the past, file transfers worked in both directions, but not now. The laptop has Windows 8 and the Desktop, Windows 10 Pro. Is there some security feature in Win10Pro that needs to be disabled?
