Black screen

Hi

 

 

Good afternoon.

 

I have a HP laptop which i believe have Windows 8 built in however when i tried to log on once i have entered my password it then takes me to a blank screen and my desktop is not showing at all.

 

I've tried CTRL, ALT, Delete which doesn't work, and when it does and i click on task manager it just crashes and goes back onto black screen.

 

I have also tried restarting which doesn't doesn't do anything, and also tried CTRL, shift, windows logo, and B but still does not work.

 

 

Please could you try and help me resolve the issue.
