Hello team,i have external harddisk WD my passport ultra (1TB). i am not able to access my harddrive from computer (win 8).while running the command chkdsk g:/r I got An unspecified error occurred (6e74667363686b2e 136d).i have many valuable data in it which i dont want to lose.Please help.
