i just got a windows 8 and when i went to update it ,it goes straight to recovery mode,the guy i got it from said that he took all his personal stuff off ,but the recovery mode it says for c drive ,so i went threw all the steps on recovery and it still wont boot up ,i have try everything that know to do which are just simple stuff could this person deleted c drive or some important folder in c drive i also lookup windows 8 updates and problems and it says maybe boot loop ,anybody got in ideals or anything i could try or maybe someone else has had this problem
