Good day, As you can read, I'm not able to get my product key on my old laptop Toshiba L870D. I did the full recovery but I'm stuck with Window 8. To get W10, I need to be 8.1 and Windows update gave my an error when I try to get Windows update (Error code 80072EFE). So I would like to go to W10 but without licence key or W8.1 I can't do anything.
