I cant turn 'on' my Bluetooth in my pc currently running on windows 8. This problem started a day back. I checked the inbuilt troubleshooter and also googled my problem, but all the solutions there did not work out. Addition to this, I'm also not able to open 'Hardware and devices troubleshooter'.
