My printer goes through the print process but does not show anything on the paper. It just suddently started doing this. I've replaced the ink cartridges twice, thinking I was out of ink but that is not the case. I've also troubleshooted and looked for new updates, which there are none available. I have an HP Office Jet 3830 and need it for work. Please help.
