help updating a hp2000

I have purchased a used HP 2000 laptop from a resale store I have tried updating to Windows 10 I received a message saying to contact the software publisher I have attempted to factory reset but I am denied access to download a new version of Windows What can I do I can't afford A NEW LAPTOP AT THIS TIME AND I need THIS ONE FOR MY ONLINE COURSES IT DID NOT COME WITH A PRODUCT KEY WHICH IS ALSO A PROBLEM S#5cg2453HNDpC2N31UA#ABA I also keep receiving error messages saying am not connected to the internet and I am connected I just don't know if this can be fixed or not.
