can you insert a MHTML to website? how?

we created a website (this is our project in database), we need to connect our website to our database. To generate a report, we're using SSRS, so I export my report to a MHTML (since this is the available option). It run in the website yes, but I can't and dunno how to connect this to our website. I tried using href but its not working. please help T_T
