Differences in the payment schedules

When selling through the Azure Marketplace there are various payout schedules. 

In the reports i see different types of 'Sales Channels'.

There is:

• Enterprise
• Go to Market
• Pay as you Go

But in the documentation (link) there are other terms that are being used

• EA
• MCA
• CSP

Can anyone else to explain in detail when we can expect to get the money for each type of Sales Channel?
