Error Code 80072EFE: I have an old Dell laptop running windows 8.1. The last known updates were ran in 2012. Some of the programs I've tried to get into wont function properly because they say they need to be updated, understandably so. i.e.. windows photo, video, defender, firewall, etc. I went into the start menu>settings>update & security>windows update; ran it and got this, above mentioned, error code. So I'm not going any further with updates until I understand this first problem. I only need this computer for its basic functions and software. Hoping someone savvy can ease me
