I’ve been fighting with this PC for two days now, trying to fix its freezing issues and keep all of the files on it for my mother. I thought I succeeded only to be slapped in the face with an admin account I can’t get into. With permission from my mother, I’ve resorted to factory resetting it since it’ll be mine to keep anyway, but now I’m confused. If I want to reset it to its factory settings where I can start over even before the lock screen, do I choose to ‘just remove the files’ or ‘fully clean the drive’? This computer has a Windows 8 sticker on the back, but I want to keep the Windows 1
