Windows 8 Posted January 19 Posted January 19 I have an account that I set up years ago for my laptop. I used it yesterday and the laptop went into sleep mode. I started the laptop up today and went to login to be met with a message to say PC Offline login with details. I have tried to access the Microsoft account via the internet and it's telling me that the account has been blocked due to the incorrect password being entered too many times. This isn't true! I set up the account so long ago that when I now try and reset the password it's telling me I have the wrong details.
