I'm from the Philippines, and I was trying to add a default credit card in the Account Settings. Sadly the only available country is USA and Canada. Hence I cannot make any purchases in the Windows store. I was hoping to make a few magazine subscriptions.

I would really appreciate any help regarding this matter. Apart from this, I'm really loving what this new OS has to offer. Thanks in advance.
