Administrators AWS Posted November 23, 2012 Administrators Posted November 23, 2012 I upgraded to Windows 8 on 11/18 and started having problems where explorer.exe is restarting every minute or so. I had been told by Microsoft that they would escalate me to Tier 2, but they called back and said it was an HP/Hardware issue and I would have to work with them.
