How to sync Windows 8 Desktop Favorites to Windows Phone8

Hello,

My Favorites are syncing nicely between my two Windows 8 Desktop Computers, but I am not getting any syncing with Windows 8 Desktop to my new Windows 8 Phone.

How can I configure my Win 8 phone to get the same favorites ?
