Unattend error

[AWS]

I get the following error while installing WIndows 8 with

setup /unattend:f:XYZ.xml

'Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer fle for pass [specialize]. The setting specified in answer file cannot be applied. The error was detected while processing setting for component [MS Windows Shell Setup].

Pls let me know what could be wrong in this answer file.
