hp laptop windows 8 bsod critical process died ntldr is missing

I tried to boot my. HP laptop this morning - BSOD critical process died then ntldr is missing.

I can't boot from the rescue disc Win 7 or from external HDD with restore, backup and file history.

Can anyone help?
