cannot print PDF's from a web site.

When trying to print completed documents from a web site, when I choose print documents, the next screen (has all print options) turns pale blue in the foreground. Cannot activate an check box. PDF's attached to an email print. Suggestions

anyone.

 

Windows 8 Pro, Office 2013, Adobe Reader 11
