how to download visual studio symbol files manually

Hey hie

I have got two questions

1&gt I am using Visual Studio 2012 and using

 

Configuring Visual Studio to Debug .NET Framework Source Code

where it says to download Symbols. But It makes the process of execution very slow as it downloads all files according to the code.

 

IS there a way to download all the symbols at once and then use it later
