I deleted by mistake some of my partition from linux!!!!

Please help me!

I deleted ubuntu linux partition and when I start my computer its says that the GRUB is missing...

I have windows 7 and I dont have the cd for to install or repair windows 7!!!

What to do? on the top of that i thing my cd does not work!!!
