Can I remove the "Default.migrated" folder?

Hi,

I have realized that, after upgrading my W7 to W8, a new folder called &quotDefault.migrated&quot has appeared in the C:Users path

The question is:

Can I remove this &quotDefault.migrated&quot folder safely? (as I have already done with Windows.old and

$WINDOWS.~BT folders)
