Windows 8 with Swiss (French) settings

My Windows 8 is configured for French Swiss. The decimal symbol is &quotcomma&quot (like in French France) but it must be a &quotdot&quot

In the same way, the decimal charactor in the touch keyboard is also &quotcomma&quot and not &quotdot&quot
