Opened folders/windows close

[AWS]

i searched a lot, can't find the answer.

from time to time, sometimes very often, all my opened windows close. i get no message, it's like a refresh, the bottom bar dissapears for a second

 

only the folder windows close, the programs stay open.

wha't the problem?
