I want a solution for Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library ,Runtime Error

this happens when I do a right click on a folder

the program in the error is :C:/windows/explorer.exe

I tried installing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 1 but the problem is still happening

so does anyone have the solution for it ?
