Win+X Power Users Menu has stopped working

Hello,

For some reason, none of the options listed under the advanced context menu work except for &quotRun&quot and &quotDesktop&quot. They used to work but one day stopped. I can manually go to the C:UsersuseridAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindowsWinx respective folder

and can run any of them by double clicking them but If I try to use the list itself under win + x, I click them and nothing happens.

Any Ideas?
