cannot update windows 8

I am trying to update windows but nothing helps

tried refreshing.

and the &quotremove everything and reinstall windows&quot

see log:

I tried the update troubleshooter

and tried cleanboot

and tried removing software distribution folder.

and restarting the windows update service

please help!
