Win 8 Pro - user logs on and gets black screen with mouse pointer

Hello all,

We have a new Win 8 pro laptop for a current user. We use roaming profiles. I can log-in to the domain on the laptop just fine. When i try to log in as the other user it becomes black screen with mouse pointer. What is the problem and how can i fix it?
