Swiss French Keyboard - Decimal coma vs Decimal point

Hello,

It seems that a bug appear in the Swiss French Keyboard layout in Windows 8.

The Decimal Symbol is defined as the coma and the Swiss Standard is the Point.

I tried to English and French version of Windows 8 and it's the same.

It's Possible to correct it manually by going to &quotControl Panel&quot then &quotRegion&quot then &quotAdditional Settings&quot but it's not normal, i think.

Can someone tell me if i'm doing something wrong or if it's a Bug (known or not).
