Windows 8 Pro, Live tiles not updating (if they do just rarely)

Greetings,

 

Iam running Windows 8 Professional on my laptop. I have noticed that live tiles not updating at all (Such as weather, mail, etc etc) They are suppose to right at least on regular intervals. For example I login into my account and computer is connected to

internet but it shows weather temperature from yesterday or when was the last time I opened weather app. As soon as I open weather all it updates and stays like that until next time I open it. Same with Mail and other tiles. It is really annoying

because I like the idea of metro but its no use if it doesn't update. Does any one knows how to fix it? I looked at other topics but couldnt find anything.
