After upgrade from Vista HP to Windows 8 on Dell Inspiron 530, computer is crashing several times a day with blue screen message 'search online for DRIVER_VIOLATION'. It appears to crash when in, or waking from, sleep mode. I suspect it may be something

to do with optical mouse driver, but not sure.
