Missing specialized icon on Start Menu Windows 8

im using Windows 8 and Im having a problem with the icons from the Start Menu. PLEASE HELP.

The icon has been replaced with the rectangular box. &quotunpin from the start&quot &quotuninstall&quot &quotlarger&quot &quotturn live tile off&quot.
