start screen

Hi how do i get rid of the metro start screen and boot directly into my desktop

And also how do i turn on the start button as ive been use to since windows first began

The new start screen is a gastly gimmick looks awfull and is not easy to get around.

 

I cant stand gimmicks and clutered screens

 

I cant believe that Microsoft who boasts about making everyday usage on a PC easier removed user choice
