Customizing Windows 8 Start Screen color while in audit mode

im creating an enterprise Windows 8 image, and I want the Start Screen color to be RED as part of branding.

 

I am using the CopyProfile while in audit mode to customize user profile. But while in audit mode, I cannot go to settings&gt Change PC settings.

Any idea how I can do that?
