We were able recently to successfully configure the Win 8 mail app to work with our Exchange 2003 Server, using ActiveSync. We are able to send and receive emails, but we can't open any attachments no matter the size or file type. When we click on the Download link for the attachment we get the following message: "One or more files couldn't be downloaded. Try again." We only have this problem with the Win 8 mail app. We also use activesync on iPhone and iPad and we've never had any problems opening the attachments. I've seen several similar reports in other forums, but there doesn't seem to be a solution yet. Thanks. View the full article Quote
