Additional GPOs for configuring the Start Screen color scheme & image

I know that the recent updates to Windows 8 added a GPO for specifying a default lock screen image.

 

What is needed is additional functionality in order to go beyond the current ability to merely prevent Start Screen background and color changes...

 

Reply with a 'YES' if you agree that we need more functionality to:

1. Specify a mandatory color scheme for the Start Screen via GPO.
   
2. Specify a mandatory background image for the Start Screen or to enforce &quotNone&quot via GPO.
