SFC/SCANNOW can't repair a ''broken'' .dll file

Here's the screenshot after running SFC/SCANNOW on CMD.

Also please check the log that is created,to better understand my problem.

So my question is whether i can download from somewhere that .dll file that is broken and place it on my system32 file,use any software that will fix it or something like that.
